Warranty Replacement for Any Sensor (2 Years) or Gateway (Lifetime)

Our gateways are the heart of our system. If one of your gateways fails for any reason under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. And, any sensor that fails within two years of purchase, we'll replace under warranty. We're committed to keeping your system up and running with uninterrupted coverage of your equipment, facility, or business process.

No Questions Asked 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're still not sure about our system, we'll let you try it with a no-risk satisfaction guarantee. When you purchase a new system, we offer special 30-day payment terms for new customers. If you aren't fully satisfied after 30 days, simply return the hardware and we'll cancel your account. You're free to try to system and prove to yourself that it can do the job.
