ACC was in search of a wireless sensor system for their newly renovated kitchen (freezers, refrigeration units, warming trays). They needed to ensure temperature compliance at all times. They wanted to be able to have access to real-time information regardless of time of day.
These low-cost sensors are helping Chef Burns reduce food spoilage, increase food safety and add an extra layer of protection for the club.
