Swift Sensors partnered with Sysco at the 2021 Austin City Limits Festival to monitor and protect all of their refrigeration and freezer units located in food trucks serving festival attendees. The system uses temperature and humidity sensors to ensure the food stays within safe and proper temperature limits. Temperature data is automatically logged for reporting and alerts notify Sysco food truck managers if temperatures drift beyond warning or critical limits.
