The Swift Sensors remote monitoring and alert system automatically stores historical wireless sensor data in the cloud. Through the Swift Sensors console, you can configure a Spot Values Report that creates a temperature log for selected sensors at specified times throughout the day. These reports are required by many health and governmental agencies that perform periodic inspections of restaurants or pharmacies.
