Bethesda-based Brivo, whose cloud-based access-control systems have more than 6 million users, has been acquired by Dean Drako, president and CEO of Austin-based Eagle Eye Networks, for $50 million.
Drako will serve as Brivo chairman. Brivo President and CEO Steven Van Till will continue to run the company.
